I wanted to move the Piybull frames lower on the page but I cant get the buffs to move as well. Can you tell me how I can get them to move because I want to keep them above the health bars, just not so high on the screen

There's absolutely no point trying to "fix" up this UI to match your needs since 3.x is around the corner, 99% of the addons do NOT work at this time even if you insist on loading "Out of date" addons.
Besides this thread itself has gone way too "deep" to be useful either... I mean, 26 pages? wtf. Come on...
If I were you I'd:
A) Wait until Hal releases a "new package" for 3.x.
Or.
B) Get to fetch every single addon manually by yourself once 3.x has gone live and try to update every each one of them and see what happens.
Note that the chances that there won't be "any" major bugs is like 0.002% to happen.
Good luck on that one.

Hey Hal. I just wanna say, that the most sad thing about loggin into 3.0 today, was the breaking of your UI.
I think this weekend, I'll be working towards converting it to the 3.0 compatible versions though, only if I have the time, results, would be posted here first, but hopefully someone has more free time than I do to work on it.
