This is pretty great. Thanks for uploading that. I am still trying to figure out how to map my buttons, but I think I see vaguely how to do it.

Hi Hal,
Ive implemented your mod and things are going fairly smoothly so far.
A few bugs I've noticed and I was wondering if you knew how to fix them.
When you open up your character screen the small circle in the top left circle now has a moving character behind it, in the shape of a square.
Also when people in your party are far away from you the original circular portriate face overlays the 3d moving one.
Could you tell me the name of the other mods you are using please, such as the thing under you keys, the cast bar etc.
One last thing, is it possible to change the buffs so they appear without the standard border and with a border more like the ones on your moves?

The way Adapt works is it intercepts all requests for a mob/player's portrait and replaces it with a moving one - so in the case of the character screen, it's behaving as it should but since you're using the square mask instead of the circular one, it doesn't quite fit. "/adapt circle" would solve your problem there but it might make your unitframe portraits look funny.

I can't tell whether this is Adapt or Discord's reaction to out of range party members, one of them is obviously recognizing that no model data is available to display and so you see that placeholder instead. Don't believe so but I'll try later today and find out.

Combo points are under the Target frame - one of the last two options I believe. If you don't specify a background texture for them, they'll default to a circular horde emblem.

I use Zuxana's ModelCitizen instead of portraits, and the same thing happens. It's caused simply because the data for each model isn't physically sent to the client until you're within a certain range. So, I would assume its Adapt that is doing it.

hal did you have a special mod that showed the timers for your poison buffs?
its not in the screenshots here but i saw one of your screen shots that showed your poison/weapon buffs on the right same size and and with countdown as your regular buffs
as of right now my poisons are showing up in the original spot, small with no countdown
also could you check something for me, go to the buff section in duf and on the special tab, can you check reverse fill direction and see if it works cause for me when i have the duf menu up, it shows in reverse but when i close it, it doesnt show it even though the option is checked
i want this because i moved the buff/debuffs to a different spot and it looks awkard filling from the left, thanks ![]()

ItemBuffCharges is the mod that makes the poison icons have timers/#remaining charges.
As far as the buff frames are concerned, they will fill away from the Attach Point. i.e. If you specify UIParent as the Attach Frame and then choose Top Left like I use, the buffs will fill left to right. If you change it to Top Right, they'll fill right to left. Hope that makes sense.

Would there be some other dependency on the Discord mod? It doesnt seem to be showing up in my addons screen.

The stuff in the zip are just the additional files needed to set up my UI within the actual Discord mods. In order for Discord to show up on your mods list you'll just have to download the mods.
Depending on what you want to use, you'll need:

Discord Library (typically included with the other two)

Hi, I love the way your UI is set up. I'm very new to Discord Action Bars and I just have 1 question.
When I relog in any unit frames or keybinds I have modified are reset. I was just wondering if you know how I can fix this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Which version are you using? I ran into a similar problem with an older version when patch 1.10 was released, I found a temp fix via the Discord forums but the bug was fixed in the most recent version of the mods.

I ended up resolving that problem by creating a custom profile from Hals.
Setup all your windows, bars, etc. and any options you want to change then go the Misc. options menu in DUF and DAB and create a new profile.

Hey,
Everything works great, but I have one problem for warriors.
Under Bar Control in /dab, there are only 2 Conditions available Battle Stance, and Defensive Stance. So I try and create a 3rd Condition for Beserker Stance, but when I "Choose Response" there are only 2 Pages available to pick, so these pages share another stances page. How would I go about creating a new page for Beserker Stance?

Hey hal im a big fan of ur UI,
However I recently decided to quit WoW because of RL issues, and deleted my entire WoW folder from my computer. I decided to come back but im having trouble setting up the DUF. Your custom textures do not show up at all and the character unit frame remains the same while my target and party frames are screwed up. Here's a picture of the problem (I know my UI looks kinda messy now but I just switched from klng UI).

when i first saw your ui i switched my DAB setup to a nearly identical version, way back when you first posted it somewhere. got your original unitframes through some package, and been trackin your updates since then. as of late decided to go with the no actionbar approach. only thing that allows it is the omnicc on a few side buttons and the announcement of cooldowntimers. it takes some getting used to, but is really great. i love having massive screen space but still being able to do what i need to do more effectively than others ![]()

hey any of you guys know if it is possible to switch the "shift + <key>" so that I can use the spacebar instead of the shift key?
for example, I would like to be able to map Spacebar + E to fire off kidney shot instead of having to use Shift + E.

thanks for letting us dl your settings, awesome ui setup. i have two questions though.
first, are you getting this error at all? "You are trying to use the default UI's action button keybindings. They will not work with Discord Action Bars". im getting it randomly after i mash one of my action buttons (like when im spamming backstab in certain fights, it seems totally random). ive posted it on other UI forums but got no answer.. just curious if youve had a similar problem and know how to deal with it.
and second, do you have a way to 'click-through' titan bar? i notice its on the bottom of your screen along with the chat windows.. ive had it like this before and it annoyed me that i couldn't click on someones name or click an itemlink because i cant click through titan (even though titan transparency is at 0%). there probably isnt a work-around for this, but just curious if you have any method, or just deal with it. thanks

I have seen it once or twice and it seemed to occur when I'd hit a hotkey bound to something other than Discord (i.e. itemrack) while still holding down a button that IS bound to something in DAB. I've never tried to pin down the exact circumstances because it happens so rarely.

I just deal with it; I don't think there's a work around save for just bumping the chat windows up a tiny bit. :[

Under Adv. Bar Config, at the bottom uncheck the box next to Keybinding to unhide the text.
